The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related engineering field, 6+ years of experience, and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, civil or related field.
• 6+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Higher degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience with structural analysis and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of advanced metallic and composite structures.
• Oversee development and execution of structural test plans.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on structural practices.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structures into systems.
