Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Structural Drafter to join our team in Missouri. You will perform structural design and drafting for power generation and industrial facilities, collaborating with senior engineers, designers, and client teams to produce high-quality drawings and design packages.

You will lead small design efforts, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with other disciplines while traveling to site as needed. A 2-3 year technical diploma in structural drafting is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive structural design and drafting experience in power/industrial sectors.
• Experience leading project work streams and coordinating with multiple disciplines.
• Familiar with IBC, ACI, AISC codes and standard industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, deliverables, and standards.
• Prepare structural steel and reinforced concrete drawings with minimal supervision.
• Develop complete drawing packages for design checks and client reviews.
• Lead design teams, ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.
• Travel to job sites for site walks and interface with other disciplines.
