Job summary

Worley is seeking a Structural Designer/Drafter to support power generation and industrial facilities projects. You will develop structural drawings using AVEVA E3D, MicroStation, and AutoCAD, lead design packages, and ensure quality through independent review and coordination with engineers.

The role requires strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, and AISC codes, plus the ability to travel to sites for walkthroughs and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 year technical diploma with structural design and drafting training.
• Experience in structural design for powers generation/industrial facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, milestones, and budgets.
• Prepare structural steel and reinforced concrete drawings with supervision.
• Develop complete design drawing package for checking.
• Lead design work and ensure deliverable quality.
• Travel to job sites for site walkdowns.
• Interface with other disciplines to coordinate drawings.
