Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural concrete construction, with supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of concrete forming, placement, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site structural concrete construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications and building codes.
• Direct and oversee field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining productivity and quality.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports (work performed, labor hours, materials used).
• Enforce safety standards and company policies to promote a safe work environment.
