Job summary

I-Solutions seeks a Structural Concrete Superintendent to lead large-scale projects from groundbreaking to close-out. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives while directing field teams and coordinating with PMs, engineers, and inspectors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in construction management or related field with 10+ years of leadership experience, OSHA-30 certification, and a proven ability to manage subcontractors. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership on large-scale or complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors.
• OSHA-30 certification required.
• Experience reading structural drawings and coordinating with trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily structural concrete field operations and crews.
• Plan large concrete pours and coordinate equipment and deliveries.
• Oversee formwork, reinforcing steel, and cast-in-place components.
• Maintain production schedules and monitor progress toward milestones.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain field documentation.
• Lead meetings and align field teams with office staff and clients.
