Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 8+ years’ experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance at application time with SAP eligibility.
• Excellence in structural analysis.
• Experience in technical leadership/management.
• Experience in writing and presenting technical content.
• Familiarity with Abaqus, Ansys or Nastran.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of structural analysis engineers and manage all related tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications and technical reviews with execution leads in Roy, UT.
• Recruit, staff, retain talent and conduct regular 1:1 and performance discussions.
• Support Community of Practice and contribute to standards and practices.
• Analyze damage tolerance, durability, and design allowables for structural designs.
• Utilize tools like CATIA, IDEAS, Pro/Engineer for engineering work.
