Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist to lead and refine evidence-based training programs for SOF personnel. The role designs, administers, and validates conditioning protocols, tracking outcomes and injury mitigation with analytics support.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree with 7+ years of related experience, NSCA CSCS/CSCCA certification, and holds or can obtain a Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required for contract performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field with 7+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Active licensed professional in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor's degree in exercise science/related discipline; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in daily operations to ensure contract compliance and regulations.
• Analyze reports for performance measurement and efficiencies.
• Develop strategic plans, objectives, and work plans with management.
• Supervise project staff and monitor performance goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative methodologies to improve operations.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained safely and effectively.
