The Foth Companies seeks an experienced Lead Stormwater & Water Resources Engineer to provide technical leadership on nationwide stormwater, drainage, flood mitigation, and water resources projects. Senior engineers who enjoy mentoring and advanced modeling will thrive.

The ideal candidate will be located near one of Foth’s locations, but remote arrangements may be considered based on alignment with the role’s leadership needs and background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
• PE license or ability to obtain in applicable jurisdictions
• Experience in stormwater, drainage, and water resources engineering
• Experience providing technical leadership and quality reviews
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software
• Experience with reports, plans, specs, and construction documents
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader for stormwater, drainage, flood risk, and water resources projects
• Provide technical oversight for reports, modeling, designs, and construction documents
• Mentor engineers through reviews and training
• Help develop discipline standards, QA/QC, modeling workflows
• Lead design and delivery of stormwater systems and drainage projects
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses for watersheds
• Lead modeling using industry-standard tools
• Coordinate with agencies for permitting and submittals
