Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

Education:

High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience:

• Retail experience.
• Experience following and giving directions.

Certifications:

Valid Driver's License and transportation to and from the bank.

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to speak, write, and understand English sufficiently for effective communication with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills, including use of the Point of Sale System, payroll programs, and other systems adopted by the TSA ARC.
• Ability to give change accurately.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Provides direction to staff as assigned or in the absence of a manager or assistant manager. Reports any concerns regarding behavior or attitude to management.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must regularly stand; use hands, handle, or feel; hear or talk; walk; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, employees must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, and focus adjustment.

Travel:

May be required to travel to various locations for work or training.

Working Conditions:

The work environment is a store setting with a quiet to moderate noise level, potential dust, and temperature fluctuations. Extended standing may be required. Position can be full-time or part-time, including weekends and evenings.
