Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations to achieve sales goals and guest satisfaction
• Direct daily activities including scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Coach and develop associates, providing feedback and recognition to improve performance
• Collaborate with leadership to plan floor sets and visual presentations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial standards
