Casper is seeking an Associate Store Manager to lead a team and drive an engaging in-store experience in Edison, NJ. You will work closely with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards, coach a high-performing team, and deliver on sales goals.

The role requires 3+ years in people leadership within retail or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Salesforce, and a willingness to relocate. Expect 40+ hours weekly with potential for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits.
