You will supervise Team Members, ensure high-quality product and service, and drive sales while maintaining cost controls. This role offers growth within a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, registration and liability insurance.
• Experience with inventory control, labor costs and computer literacy is preferred.
• Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules effectively.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Partner with General Manager to assist with recruitment, training and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide consistently high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships.
• Build relationships with customers and the community.
• Cash handling, reconciliation and reporting.
• Inventory control and management.
• Assist General Manager in marketing efforts.
