Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members.
• Able to pass background investigation and motor vehicle report.
• Experience with inventory control, labor costs and computer knowledge.
• Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules.
• Strong math skills for fast and accurate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Partner with GM to recruit, train and schedule new Team Members.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships.
• Serve as store mentor and operations expert for Team Members.
• Build relationships with customers and the community.
• Cash handling, reconciliation and reporting.
• Inventory control and management.
• Assist General Manager in marketing efforts.
