Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. You will demonstrate integrity, support a fast-paced environment, and deliver friendly customer service with teamwork.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and lead or supervisory experience. Duties include cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and stocking donations, with evening/weekend shifts and the ability to lift moderate

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience handling cash and serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
• Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports and conducts inspections when necessary.
• Cash register/customer service.
• Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; occasional manual lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textiles and clothing in production setting.
