Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, control costs, and drive customer satisfaction at a busy location. You will oversee duties of customer service reps and delivery drivers, manage a team, and ensure smooth store operations while delivering quality pizzas with speed and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience, a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of 3 to 30 during shifts.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payments from customers.
• Making fast, accurate, and consistent products following recipes and portions.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards.
