Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store during shifts, set the tone, and ensure everyone is performing at their best.

The role requires strong leadership, a clean driving record, and the willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when busiest. You will oversee operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service while mentoring staff and maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience leading a team; manage a staff during shifts.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVRC check.
• Must be 18+ and reliable with flexible schedule.
• Strong personal example and high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during a shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and sizes.
• Deliver product safely from store to customer.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain grooming standards.
