Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and coach a small team while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll progress through four stages, earning higher hourly pay as you gain responsibility and prepare to supervise your own store.

You’ll lead shifts, manage cost and inventory control, handle cash, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. Training and a clear path to management are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts (3–30 staff) told in description.
• Ability to greet customers and handle phones and orders.
• Willingness to learn operations management and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payments.
