• Coordinate with Executive Steward and engineering on recycling and training.
• Ensure proper chemical handling and PPE usage.
• Monitor dishwashing operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Oversee plating for large events and timely food delivery.
• Maintain safety and sanitation logs and temperature records.
