Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Stewarding Associate in Austin to assist the Stewarding Supervisor with dishwashing and outlet cleanliness. You will sort, wash, and polish ware, maintain machine cleanliness, and support kitchen operations to ensure smooth restaurant service.

This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel setting. Full-time employment with generous benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware to complement guest experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle high activity levels.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for dish/pot machines and wash quickly.
• Keep dish machine clean and refilled per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine to finish silverware.
• Detarnish and polish silver for proper appearance.
• Assist in cleaning kettles, pans, and food prep areas.
• Be available for regular shifts and other duties as assigned.
