Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in related field.
• Certified by CBSPD or IAHCSMM within 18 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations as shift supervisor for the designated operation.
• Mentor staff and train colleagues on technical skills.
• Decide daily priorities for the work group and guide activities.
• Provide guidance on non-routine or escalated issues and participate in performance appraisals.
