Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience that demonstrates ability to perform MST work.
• One year above high school that included health care related courses (sterile processing, nursing assistant, operating room tech, etc.).
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sterile Processing Service staff and manage priorities.
• Instruct staff on correct procedures and protocols for decontamination and sterilization.
• Ensure compliance with written directives, rules and regulations.
• Lead and schedule work assignments; monitor performance and training needs.
