Qualifications

• Two years' experience in healthcare sterile processing or surgical/procedural area.
• Preferred: Two years' experience as a lead or experience in staff education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the department when supervisor is unavailable.
• Inform management of needed items and supplies.
• Oversee departmental needs on a daily basis.
• Provide sterile processed materials and equipment.
• Execute procedures for decontamination, assembly, and sterilization.
• Ensure accurate labeling for distribution of items.
