Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to lead programming efforts across clinical programs. You will plan, execute, and oversee analyses, datasets, and reports while coordinating with CROs and Biostatistics.

This role requires 7+ years in clinical SAS programming, SDTM/ADaM knowledge, and strong leadership. Remote-friendly with some on-site collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced rare-disease environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical research, SAS programming for phase I-IV trials.
• Lead Programmer experience is required.
• Knowledge of SDTM, ADaM, and Define.XML.

Responsibilities

• Provide programming strategy and maintain SOPs and standards.
• Develop standards/tools to improve efficiency for analyses.
• Lead projects, oversee contractors, ensure timely deliverables.
• Program datasets, tables, listings, ISS/ISE, DSUR, PSUR, and submissions.
• Review/Develop CDISC specs and Define.xml documentation.
• Provide programming support for study reports and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop SAPs, CRFs, specs and validation plans.
• Provide input on programming methodologies for development.
