• Provide technical leadership in statistical programming and deliverables.
• Collaborate with statisticians and stakeholders to address needs.
• Lead programming activities and mentor junior programmers.
• Improve programming processes and tools, design efficient solutions.
• Review code and stay current with advances in statistical programming.
