Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Start-Up Project Administrator who will coordinate development of new behavioral health programs in line with corporate plans. You will lead program teams, arrange staff orientation, and support credentialing and licensing processes for new initiatives.

The role requires driving, collaboration with various departments, and occasional travel to partner sites. Strong leadership, policy development, and onsite management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of psychiatric inpatient programs and state mental health systems.
• Experience with Medi-Cal funding and budgeting.
• Ability to make strong decisions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of new programs and sites.
• Lead program planning, design, and implementation.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and orientation for new programs.
• Collaborate with credentialing and licensing agencies.
• Represent Telecare in community and professional associations.
