Telecare Corporation in Martinez, CA is seeking a Start-Up Project Administrator to coordinate development of new business opportunities aligned with corporate plans. You will collaborate with Start-Up staff, operations, and regulatory agencies to build programs and orient teams.

The role involves leading new development projects, recruiting staff, planning and implementing programs, and coordinating credentialing submissions while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Knowledge of psychiatric inpatient programs and state mental health systems.
Experience supervising professional staff and budgeting in behavioral health.
Ability to develop programs, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development of new programs with Start-Up staff and regulatory agencies.
Lead recruitment, program planning, design, and implementation for new projects.
Coordinate credentialing/licensing submissions in collaboration with Start-Up PM.
Conduct orientations and trainings for new programs and staff.
Travel as required to support program development and site activities.
