Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Start-Up Project Administrator in California to coordinate development of new behavioral health programs in line with corporate plans. You will collaborate with Start-Up staff, all corporate departments, and funding/regulatory agencies to build program teams and conduct orientations for new programs.

Qualifications

• Current professional license requirements apply for practice in California as LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D., or licensed equivalent with multi-state eligibility.
• Four years in an administrative management role within behavioral health care, including supervising staff and budgeting.
• Significant travel is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of new behavioral health programs with Start-Up staff and regulatory agencies.
• Lead program planning, design, implementation and staff recruitment.
• Oversee credentialing submissions and site approvals.
• Coordinate community relations and communications for new programs.
• Assist with site selection, renovations, and training of new administrators.
