Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in aerospace, mechanical, systems, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Starlink PCBA manufacturing team and drive high-volume throughput.
• Oversee SMT, post-processing, and testing processes.
• Develop production layouts and optimize material flow.
• Align initiatives with quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Mentor engineers and manage documentation and recruiting.
