Qualifications

• Bachelords degree in a Human Services field or equivalent.
• Associateds degree with at least three months of experience working with children OR
• High School Diploma or GED with at least six months working with children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Resident care under the Program Manager.
• Supervise direct care staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.
