Job summary

CVS Health in Plano, TX is seeking a Staff Pharmacist on a full-time basis. You will dispense medications, deliver immunizations, and coach a pharmacy team to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

As the primary pharmacist-on-duty, you will support the Pharmacy Manager and ensure safe prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and resolution of insurance or medication issues for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in Texas.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Lead pharmacy operations during shifts and mentor staff.
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and safety procedures.
• Support immunization services and clinical care delivery.
• Manage inventory, including cold chain products, and resolve issues with insurances.
