Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist in overseeing pharmacy operations and supporting the Pharmacy Manager.
• Provide safe and accurate prescription fulfillment under standard workflow procedures.
• Offer patient counseling, immunizations, and excellent customer service within CVS Health policies.
