The role emphasizes leading a multi-discipline engineering team, guiding cross-functional projects, and ensuring hardware/software integration with robust testing and documentation for customers and senior management.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in engineering or related discipline and 7+ years (PhD) / 10+ years (MS) / 12+ years (BS) of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience in technical leadership with project execution and product innovation.
• Knowledge of System Engineering concepts, Root Cause Analysis, and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a multi-discipline engineering team to meet objectives across development, manufacturing, and sustainment programs.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects involving software and hardware within cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Lead system-level qualification, verification, and testing for hardware and software with test plans and procedures.
