KOMAN Advantage, LLC in Ft. Leavenworth, KS is looking for a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to ensure safety compliance on construction projects. Candidates must have at least 5 years of safety experience in construction and federal contracting, and maintain required safety certifications such as OSHA and CPR.

The SSHO will be responsible for enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and preparing documentation. Excellent benefits include health care, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Competenze

• 5 years of construction industry safety experience.
• 5 years of Federal Government Contracting experience.
• At least 24 hours of formal safety training each year for the past 5 years.
• Ability to obtain clearance for military installations.

Mansioni

• Enforce safety programs and regulations on-site.
• Lead and document safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and prepare safety documents.
• Conduct routine hazard assessments and training.

Conoscenze

Construction industry safety experience

Federal Government Contracting experience

Formal safety training

Active 30-Hour OSHA certification

Knowledge of EM385-1-1

CPR and First Aid certification
