Job summary

The role requires leadership, strong communication, OSHA 30-hour certification, and experience with CAD and surveying equipment. Travel and site safety compliance are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; OSHA 30-hour certification essential.
• Experience supervising surveying tasks and crews on construction sites.
• Proficiency with CAD or surveying software for coordinates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise surveying tasks throughout project duration.
• Identify drawing discrepancies within building layout.
• Establish baseline controls; calculate and lay out points per project documents.
• Ensure coordination between trades using contract drawings and submittals.
• Conduct As-Built surveys and prepare data for owner submission.
• Lead daily inspections of surveying equipment and maintain calibration.
