Essentials include 4–5 years accessioning experience, LIS proficiency, and strong communication. The position includes schedule flexibility and collaboration with the lab team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years accessioning experience in a lab setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient with LIS systems and MS Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accession specimens and document data accurately.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and order; support daily operations.
• Lead and coordinate specimen processing tasks and shifts.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures as needed.
• Assist in training, coaching, and supervision of staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality systems.
