Job summary

LEONI is seeking a Mass Recruitment Lead to anticipate production staffing needs and manage high-volume campaigns across sites. You will define needs, coordinate with HR and production teams, and drive data-driven recruitment processes in a global automotive context.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mass recruitment in the automotive sector, mastery of ATS, sourcing tools and recruitment KPIs, and strong communication with stakeholders. French and English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production managers and HR to forecast recruitment needs based on staffing objectives and site requirements.
• Manage mass recruitment campaigns end to end, defining needs and integrating candidates while meeting volumes and deadlines.
• Deploy high-volume sourcing actions via field campaigns, recruitment forums, partnerships with local actors and training establishments.
• Coordinate selection stages with operational teams and follow up with candidates with HR and training teams.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, including headcount vs targets, times, attendance, conversion and integration rates.
• Update dashboards and report campaign progress, deviations and corrective actions.
• Ensure reliability of recruitment data and contribute to continuous process improvement for mass campaigns.

Job Description

• Collaborating with production managers and HR teams to anticipate the recruitment needs of production operators, based on staffing objectives and operational needs of the sites.
• Managing mass recruitment campaigns , from defining needs to integrating candidates, while ensuring compliance with volumes and deadlines.
• Deploy sourcing actions adapted to high volume recruitment: field recruitment campaigns, recruitment forums, partnerships with local employment actors and training establishments, co‑optation and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate the selection stages with the operational teams and ensure the follow‑up of candidates until their integration in collaboration with the HR and training team.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs , including the number of recruitments made versus the target, recruitment times, interview attendance rate, conversion rate and integration rate.
• Update dashboards and ensure regular reporting on campaign progress, deviations from objectives and necessary corrective actions.
• To ensure the reliability of recruitment data and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in order to optimize the efficiency and performance of mass recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications et Exp rience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in mass recruitment and managing recruitment plans in the automotive industry
• Mastery of ATS, sourcing tools and recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented, continuous improvement and candidate experience.
• Mastery of French and professional English.
