What You Will Be Doing

Education Partnerships Manager Key Responsibilities

Champion and secure transformative partnerships with the nation's elite private schools, establishing 2 Hour Learning as the gold standard for educational innovation while driving measurable improvements in student achievement across prestigious institutions.

Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated 5+ year track record of cultivating high-stakes partnerships in education or related fields
  • Exceptional ability to establish credibility and close deals with senior executives and board members
  • Sophisticated understanding of private school ecosystem dynamics and decision-making processes
  • Polished communication skills with proven success in high-profile speaking engagements
  • Self-directed professional who thrives in dynamic, autonomous environments
  • US-based with authorization to work domestically
  • Readiness to dedicate up to 75% time to strategic travel

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Proven success record in private K-12 educational sales

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
