Job summary

CCI Industrial Services, LLC is seeking a Special Projects Foreman to supervise field crews, plan resource needs, and ensure work is performed safely, productively, and in compliance with all policies.

The role requires extensive oil field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with the superintendent while maintaining strict safety standards and delivering quality coatings, welding, blasting, insulation tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 10+ years of Oil Field Experience with emphasis on heavy equipment operations mechanical and blasting & coating experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• TWIC Card.
• Must pass Respiratory Fit Test and wear respiratory protection.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee and direct Crafts of the Special Projects Department.
• Lead by example with a strong safety background.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to meet awarded scope and schedule.
• Draft plans and sequence tasks for project execution.
• Maintain readiness of materials and equipment for mobilization.
• Promote safety programs and conduct pre-job safety reviews.
• Document injuries or near misses and report issues promptly.
