Job summary

National Coatings is seeking a seasoned Field Superintendent to lead painting crews on commercial, industrial, and specialty projects. You will oversee field personnel, coordinate with estimators and project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across varied sites.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to read blueprints. A valid driver’s license and a proven track record in painting supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent/supervisory experience.
• Proven commercial/industrial painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review manpower schedule weekly to determine field personnel needs.
• Hire painters after reviewing applications and references.
• Track progress, update foremen levels, and conduct reviews.
• Identify and develop leaders; promote teamwork and training.
