Zusammenfassung

MasTec Industrial seeks an Industrial/Commercial Foreman Painter with 2–5+ years of experience in structural steel, tanks, pipelines, and large facilities. Strong SSPC/NACE prep, epoxy and polyurethane coatings, and the ability to read P&IDs are required. Supervisory duties and adherence to safety standards are essential.

The role involves physical work, overtime, and a focus on quality and safety across project sites within the MasTec CE&I division.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years related painting experience in industrial or commercial settings.
• Experience with SSPC/NACE surface prep preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Surface preparation using sandblasting, power tool cleaning, and chemical cleaning.
• Apply coatings (spray, brush, roller) including epoxy and polyurethane.
• Understand epoxy, polyurethane, fireproofing, and corrosion systems.
• Read P&IDs or drawings and coating specifications/datasheets.
• Assist in disassembling, cleaning form materials, and other tasks as directed.
• Maintain safety, attend toolbox meetings, and work within production schedules.
