Job summary

National Coatings is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee painting projects across commercial and industrial sites. You will manage field personnel, coordinate schedules with foremen and estimators, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

Candidates should have 3+ years supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required; the company offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience.
• Proven commercial/industrial/retail painting experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and painting/construction procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to read drawings / blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Review manpower schedules and determine field staffing.
• Hire and train field personnel; oversee performance reviews.
• Supervise safety, payroll, and field paperwork.
• Coordinate job setup, site visits, and progress meetings.
• Maintain client relations and address concerns.
