The Bradley School in Pittsburgh is seeking a Lead Teacher to organize schedules, oversee testing, and guide new staff in a private school setting. The role requires Pennsylvania Special Education certification, a bachelor's in Education, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education required.
• Master’s degree in Education preferred.
• Pennsylvania Special Education certification required.
• Three years of youth educational experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Age 21+ with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Manage student schedules, school rosters, census, and daily enrollment.
• Oversee PowerSchool report cards, transcripts, PA Secure IDs, and Keystone tracking.
• Coordinate CDT testing, PSSA/Keystone testing, and test administrator training.
• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, supervision, and new teacher support.
• Manage clinical paperwork and oversee credit recovery.
• Participate in and support academic initiatives.
