Job summary

The Bradley School in Pittsburgh is seeking a Lead Teacher to organize schedules, oversee testing, and guide new staff in a private school setting. The role requires Pennsylvania Special Education certification, a bachelor's in Education, and at least three years of relevant experience.

• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, supervision, and new teacher support.
• Manage clinical paperwork and oversee credit recovery.
• Participate in and support academic initiatives.

The Bradley School is a licensed private academy educating students who present with special education needs. These students may have learning, emotional and/or behavioral challenges and struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting. Primary responsibilities:

• Manage student schedules, school rosters, census, and daily enrollment
• Oversee PowerSchool report cards, transcripts, PA Secure IDs, and Keystone tracking

• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, supervision, and new teacher support
