Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a Lead SPD Technician for a 3:00P – 11:30P shift. The role combines hands‑on sterile processing with leadership duties across multiple ambulatory surgery facilities in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. 40 hours weekly with periodic travel to partner sites.

The incumbent will supervise SPD staff, maintain instrument tracking, and support quality control and inventory management while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Nemours policies.

Qualifications

• CRCST certification required at hire and maintained during employment.
• BLS certification required within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPD operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentor and direct Certified SPD Technicians in daily duties.
