Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Seattle is seeking a senior avionics engineer to own end-to-end development of space-rated components and drive qualification through production release. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and collaborate with customers to define requirements and architecture.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in ruggedized hardware, power electronics, FPGA design, and radiation-hardened engineering, with hands-on PCB design in Altium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing ruggedized electronic components or high-reliability hardware.
• Experience with board bring-up, manufacturing support, and initial hardware validation.

• Own end-to-end product development for a space rated component.
