Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Lead Space Simulation Technician to identify process improvements and work with multiple engineering teams on early hardware development testing and setting the stage for later production manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in high traceability manufacturing (Aerospace/Medical).
• 3+ years in test lab environment with basic hand tools.
• 3+ years in fast-paced production with Flight Hardware.
• 3+ years environmental test experience (Vibration/Shock/Acoustic/Thermal).

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation.
• Operate environmental test chambers and ensure quality and adherence to standards and procedures.
• Assemble tooling and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Lead daily team meetings and coordinate efforts to minimize production interruptions.
• Develop training plans and implement training programs within the department.
• Drive safety standards and operations protocol.
