Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field with space EO/IR experience.
• Technical: Optical and electro-optical testing, sensors, detectors, imaging systems.
• Software: MATLAB and engineering tools; MBSE and DOORS/CAMEO/CREO/JIRA/SysML.
• Security: Eligible for DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate advanced electro-optical systems for space-based applications.
• Lead a team of engineers and coordinate technical plans for program execution.
• Manage major subcontract costs, schedules and performance; oversee MT/AI&T activities.
• Design, plan, and execute test procedures; analyze data and propose corrective actions.
• Define and maintain system and sub-system requirements with traceability.
