Job summary

Sigmatech is seeking a qualified and experienced Space Operations Instructor to support course delivery and development for Mission Delta 9 at Schriever SFB, CO. This position will instruct lessons in various courses as well as develop, implement, validate, and maintain educational and course materials for assigned lessons.

The role requires familiarity with DoW, space operations, ground and on-orbit systems, and space command and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in space operations and as an instructor in DoD space-related units.
• Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct in space and DoD competency areas.
• Qualify and deliver classroom instruction per ISD principles.
• Design, develop, implement and maintain lesson plans and materials per USAF ISD guidelines.
• Interface with internal and external agencies to maintain updated education program materials.
• Assist with PEX management, registrar duties, and collecting and implementing feedback into course materials.
