Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Space Force ISR Instructor/SME to lead instruction and develop curricula for SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC programs at Peterson Space Force Base. You will deliver instructor‑led training, facilitate exercises, and assess students within a classified environment.

Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance, BA/BS or equivalent, and 10+ years in USSF ISR or related fields, plus 4+ years teaching experience. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting USSF ISR missions or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional instruction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead course development and primary instruction for Space Force ISR training.
• Instruct and assess students across SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC programs.
• Develop, review, and maintain Programs of Instruction (POIs) and courseware.
