Job summary

Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa is seeking a Treatment Supervisor/Lead Therapist to lead the spa therapy team, uphold MERA Elemental Spa standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

The role combines hands-on treatment delivery with leadership responsibilities, staff training, and operational oversight in a luxury resort environment; a massage license with strong leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Massage therapy license with 500+ hours and certification (NCBTMB/MBLEx).
• License in good standing and eligible for full registration where applicable (CPAM recognition).
• Minimum of 4 years of active massage therapy leadership/training experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise spa therapy team; mentor and evaluate staff.
• Ensure SOPs, room cleanliness, and hygiene standards are followed.
• Coordinate onboarding, training grids, and service standards.
• Maintain guest privacy, high service standards, and brand integrity.
